Common Questions

Answers to the most frequently asked questions.

My automation failed. What do I do?

Go to Automations, click View Details on the failed automation, and check the Executions section. Click on the failed execution to see the error message. Common causes:

  • A connected account expired — go to Credentials and reconnect it
  • A required field was left empty — reconfigure the automation and fill in all fields
  • The service was temporarily unavailable — try running it again with Run Now

I can't connect my account

Make sure you're logging into the correct account when the popup appears. If the popup doesn't appear, check that your browser isn't blocking popups. Try using a different browser or clearing your cookies.

Where did my file go?

Check the Trash in Storage — deleted files go there first. You can restore them from the Trash. If it's not there, another team member with Editor access may have permanently deleted it.

Why was I charged?

Check your Billing page for invoice details. Common charges:

  • Monthly subscription — your plan fee
  • AI credit top-up — if you purchased additional credits
  • Overage — if you exceeded your plan's execution or storage limits (paid plans only)

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing, then click Manage Subscription. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure portal where you can cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Can I use Epic Saaz on my phone?

Yes! The platform works on mobile browsers. The layout adapts to smaller screens. Use the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) to access the sidebar on mobile.
