Security & MFA

Protect your account with two-factor authentication and strong passwords.

Your account has access to your connected services and business data, so it's worth taking a minute to lock it down properly.

Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA gives your account an extra layer of security. Even if somebody gets hold of your password, they still can't get in without a code from your phone.

1
Go to Settings > Security.
2
Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
3
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy).
4
Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
5
Save your recovery codes! These are backup codes you can use if you lose your phone. Store them somewhere safe.
Heads up: If you lose both your phone and your recovery codes, you'll need to contact support to regain access to your account.

Changing Your Password

Go to Settings > Security and click Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password and then your new one. Use a strong password — at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Sessions

If you log in from a shared computer, remember to sign out when you're done. You can sign out from the user menu in the top-right corner.
