1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Epic Saaz platform and the Epic Saaz application at https://www.epicsaaz.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Epic Saaz is a social media automation application operated by Epic Saaz that enables users to connect and automate content publishing across third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
You may use the platform only for lawful business automation purposes. You may not use the platform to send spam, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Platform subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Done-for-you services
Done-for-you packages are subject to a separate service agreement. Payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
The Epic Saaz platform, templates, and associated intellectual property are owned by Epic Saaz. You retain ownership of your data and any custom workflows you create.
6. Limitation of liability
Epic Saaz is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
