Last updated: April 15, 2026
Epic Saaz is committed to your right to data privacy. You may request the deletion of your personal data and account at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, how to request it, and how long it takes.
What data we hold about you
When you use Epic Saaz, we may hold the following categories of personal data:
- Account information — name, email address, profile photo
- Workspace and team membership records
- Automation workflows and configuration settings
- Connected service credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys — stored encrypted)
- Files uploaded to your tenant storage
- Billing and subscription history
- Usage and execution logs
- Support correspondence
Option 1 — Delete your account from within the platform
If you have access to your account, you can delete it directly:
- Log in to your Epic Saaz account at www.epicsaaz.ai/login
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be queued for permanent deletion immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Option 2 — Submit a deletion request by email
If you cannot access your account, or prefer to submit a manual request, email us at:
Please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your Epic Saaz account
- Your full name (as registered on the account)
- Any additional details that will help us locate your account (e.g. workspace name)
We will verify your identity before processing the request. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email address.
What gets deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All workspaces you own and their members
- All automation workflows, blueprints, and configurations
- All connected service credentials and OAuth tokens
- All files and documents stored in your tenant storage
- All execution history and usage logs associated with your account
- Your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will be made
What may be retained
Certain data may be retained beyond the deletion period where we are legally required to do so:
- Billing records — invoices and transaction history may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
- Fraud and abuse records — if your account was flagged for fraud, chargebacks, or abuse, relevant records may be retained to prevent future misuse
- Legal holds — data subject to an active legal dispute or regulatory inquiry may be retained until the matter is resolved
Any retained data is isolated, access-restricted, and not used for any commercial or marketing purpose.
Timeline
- Self-service deletion (in-app): queued immediately, completed within 24 hours
- Email request: acknowledged within 5 business days, completed within 30 days of identity verification
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days of the deletion date
Third-party services
Deleting your Epic Saaz account removes the OAuth tokens we hold for any connected third-party services (Google, Slack, Instagram, etc.), but it does not automatically revoke those connections on the third-party platform. To fully revoke access:
- Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Epic Saaz
- Facebook / Instagram: go to Facebook Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
- Twitter / X: go to Settings → Security → Connected Apps
- Slack: go to your Slack workspace → Apps → Manage → Remove Epic Saaz
- For all other services: visit the connected app settings in each platform and revoke access for Epic Saaz
